What you will be doing
- Prepare and file D-2 extensions, status changes and part-time work permits
- Track immigration rule changes and update the internal checklist when they move
- Verify financial balances and enrolment documents before an appointment is booked
- Brief students on what the officer will ask before they walk in
- Keep the Nepal offices current on what Korean immigration now expects
What we are looking for
- Two years of Korean immigration filing, at a consultancy, university or law office
- TOPIK Level 4 or above and the right to work in South Korea
- Methodical — the deadlines here are legal deadlines, not internal ones
- Nepali is an advantage, not a requirement
