The person students reach when something goes wrong in a country they have just moved to. Alien registration, banking, housing, part-time work — and the calls nobody else picks up.

What you will be doing
- Meet arriving students at Incheon and run their first-week checklist end to end
- Accompany students to immigration, banks and phone providers until the paperwork clears
- Answer the KakaoTalk support channel within the day, every working day
- Keep housing, part-time work and scholarship information current for each campus we serve
- Escalate anything that needs the Kathmandu office and follow it until it closes
What we are looking for
- F-series, D-2 or E-7 status with permission to work in South Korea
- TOPIK Level 4 or above, plus fluent Nepali and working English
- A year of student support, community or front-desk work
- Calm with people who are frightened, jet-lagged and a long way from home

Salaries land on the last working day, a Dashain bonus wherever you are, and a performance review every six months with the raise attached.

PIER and ICEF certification is sponsored, and our own TOPIK, IELTS and PTE classes are free for staff and their immediate family.
Familiarisation trips
The Seoul team visits partner campuses across Korea, and the Nepal offices once a year. You advise better on a place once you have walked it.
