Work where the advice comes first

We are hiring support officers, a university liaison and instructors at our Jongno-gu office in Seoul. If you have ever wanted to send someone abroad properly rather than quickly, read on.

Why SD Miracle

A consultancy that treats its staff the way it treats its students

Four years in Seoul, four offices behind us and 4,800 students placed group-wide. None of that happens on a revolving door of counsellors.

Paid on time, every month

Salaries land on the last working day, a Dashain bonus wherever you are, and a performance review every six months with the raise attached.

Training that counts

PIER and ICEF certification is sponsored, and our own TOPIK, IELTS and PTE classes are free for staff and their immediate family.

Familiarisation trips

The Seoul team visits partner campuses across Korea, and the Nepal offices once a year. You advise better on a place once you have walked it.

Cover for the real things

National health insurance, pension, and leave that you are actually expected to take. Weekends are closed and stay closed.

One team, four offices, two countries

Seoul, Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan work off the same files. Internal moves between offices, departments and countries are normal here.

Advice before targets

Nobody is paid a commission to push a student toward the wrong country. If a file is not right, you get to say so.

How we hire

Four steps, about two weeks

We keep the process short because good candidates do not wait around. You will always know where your application stands, and a rejection comes with a reason.

Questions about a role? [email protected]
  1. 01

    Application review

We read every application ourselves. You will hear back within five working days, whichever way the answer goes.

  2. 02

    Introductory call

A twenty-minute call about your experience and what you are looking for. No panel, no puzzles.

  3. 03

    Practical round

A short task from real work — a demo class, a student profile to assess, or a file to review with us.

  4. 04

    Offer and onboarding

A written offer with the salary band agreed up front, then two weeks shadowing a senior colleague before you take your own files.

Open application

Nothing here fits, but you would fit here?

Send us your CV anyway. We keep strong applications on file and reach out first when a matching position opens — which, at four offices, happens more often than you would think.
