About the role

What you will be doing

  • Plan and run monthly meet-ups, arrival briefings and campus sessions
  • Shoot and publish short-form video from events, classes and student life in Korea
  • Run the KakaoTalk and Instagram channels for students already here
  • Keep the branch notices, events and gallery current
  • Turn real student outcomes into stories worth reading, without exaggerating them

What we are looking for

  • One to three years in community, outreach or social media work
  • Fluent Nepali and working Korean or English
  • Right to work in South Korea
  • Hands-on with basic video editing and Meta/Kakao ad tools

What we offer

Paid on time, every month

Salaries land on the last working day, a Dashain bonus wherever you are, and a performance review every six months with the raise attached.

Training that counts

PIER and ICEF certification is sponsored, and our own TOPIK, IELTS and PTE classes are free for staff and their immediate family.

Familiarisation trips

The Seoul team visits partner campuses across Korea, and the Nepal offices once a year. You advise better on a place once you have walked it.

Cover for the real things

National health insurance, pension, and leave that you are actually expected to take. Weekends are closed and stay closed.
